Shipping Policy

Where we ship
The first-run Daypack 170 preorder ships to eligible addresses in the United States. Stripe Checkout collects the delivery address. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Cost and timing
Standard U.S. shipping is $9.99 per one-time order or subscription shipment and is shown separately at Stripe Checkout. First-run fulfillment is estimated for Q4 2026. We will email tracking when the order ships. Carrier transit times begin after fulfillment and are estimates.
Address changes
Email team@eatdaypack.com as soon as possible to change an address. We can update it until the order enters fulfillment; after that, a change may not be possible.
Delays, loss, and damage
We will communicate material production delays by email. For a lost, damaged, or incorrect delivery, contact team@eatdaypack.com within 14 days of delivery or the carrier's expected delivery date so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
